A: Yes RJD Services LLC is a fully insured company and insurance certificates available on request.
Q: What size moonwalks do you have?
A: Our moonwalks are 15'x15' and requires an opening of at-least a 20'x20' area to allow for the air tube in the back and the entrance ramp in the front.Our water slides are 24'x11' and require an area of 30'x15' to allow for air tube in the back and s safety zone in the front for entrance and exit.
Q: What surfaces can your moonwalk be placed on?
A: Our moonwalks can be placed on grass, pavement, concrete and any smooth indoor surface.
Q: Can your moonwalk be used in the rain?
A: No the moonwalk manufacturer recommends that the unit not be used in the rain for safety reasons. The unit becomes very slippery, the motor is power by an electrical supply and not rated for a wet location.
Q: Can the moonwalk be used when it's windy?
A: The moonwalk Manufacturer recommends that the moonwalk be deflated and not used in sustained winds of 25mph or greater.
Q: If I have to cancel my reservation for weather what is your policy?
A: RJD Services requires a 48 hour advance notice that you intend to cancel, if we deliver to your location and you cancel with less than 48 hours notice your deposit will not be refunded.
Q: Does RJD Services LLC require a deposit at the time of the booking.
A: Yes RJD Services LLC requires that a minimum of 50% deposit.
Q: What are the hours of your rentals?
A: RJD Services will deliver your moonwalk to your location by noon on the day of your event unless an earlier time is requested at the time of the booking and pickup that night no earlier than 7pm.
